Weekly weigh-in. And other stuff.

CW: 87,0 kg/191,8 lbs (BMI 31,2)
Loss: + 0,1 kg/0,3 lbs
GW1: 78 kg/171,9 lbs (BMI 28)
The weigh-in was cool. Although there is a tini tiny almost non-esixtant gain, I'm happy. I put on a lot after last weigh-in, so since I almost haven't gained, I'm real happy!

So, as you girls pretty much figured, I dumped the SGD. Again. I am just no good at following plans, apparently.
You know, I can follow a plan, if I really want to. And that's the problem. Plans are boring, so often, I don't really want to follow them. Oh dear.

I've been eating better these past couple of days.
I'm eating breakfast now, which I hate. But it does make me better able to controle myself when in school, so I won't end up buying tons of junk. In school, I snack on cucumber-sticks, and I eat one piece of rye-bread with low-fat cheese and a piece of lettuce for lunch. Diet coke at home, and if I get real hungry, a cup-soup. They're, like, 70-90 calories a piece. Then either no dinner at all, or a salad made from lettuce, cucumbers and sometimes a bit egg, to get in some protein.
I'm exercising every other day, 1-1½ hour of cardio, ½ hour with the weights.
I feel so healthy. Though I know I eat less than most normal people and more than ana-girls. I don't really fit in anywhere longer. But I feel like, I'm in controle, exercising, and all together healthy. My weight proves it as well.

I wonder how long I'll keep feeling. I'm just waiting for me to break down and ruin it all...

  1. it's sad that you think you're going to fail every time you post. :(
    *huggles* <3 i'm glad there wasn't a gain then. i hope you keep feeling this way. i'm actually waiting for myself to binge or something but i've acquired some sort of self-control these past two or three weeks, which is sublime! :)
    i'm glad that you're beginning to recognise what works for your body though. i sometimes eat in the morning just to stop my stomach from nagging me about eating actually!

  2. A lack of failure, in my opinion, is a victory in itself. :) You're doing well, and that's all that counts! Worrying about slipping up is usually a good indicator that you're about to... Just keep going, stick to a routine and believe in yourself. You are already beautiful.

  3. Even if you don't fit in anywhere...your routine seems to be working and I'm very happy for you.

    Self control is amazingg. I'm gaining mine slowly, but surly.
