Reasons...

The 10 reasons I want to be thin
1) To make myself proud, for once in my life
2) For shutting my fathers stupid ass up
3) To hear my boyfriend tell me straight: "you are beautiful"
4) To be able to show off my true style, what I really wish to wear
5) To be more attractive to the male gender
6) To be easier accepted socially
7) To get more confidence
8) To never hear the words "fat" being said about me, even by my worst enemy
9) To pay back everyone at the school who ever talked behind my back
10) To prove that I can achieve things

The 10 reasons I will never be thin
1) I am weak
2) I have no self controle
3) I eat before I think
4) I don't stop eating once I've begun
5) I can't stick to a diet
6) I can't be truthful to myself
7) I get too happy once I see a small progres, then eat tons and ruins it all
8) I don't have a total hold of my own brain
9) I am everything people ever said about me
10) I am disgusting, and always will be

Yes. I failed the ABC miserably this weekend.
Will pick back up from tomorrow, monday.
I'm disgusted with myself.
I'm sorry lovelies.
I will explain tomrrow.
Long post. I promise.
My words are worth nothing.
I'm worthless.
I am failure...

  1. I like the first list, but don't like the second. I think you are being way too hard on yourself. Just because you failed before doesn't mean you have to again. I think the problem is that the ABC is way too restrictive for someone of a larger size. I tried it and it didn't help me at all. Instead I would recommend that you eat between 800-1,200 calories a day, and vary it day by day so your metabolism keeps working properly. That may seem like a crazy high amount compared to the ABC diet, but it really works. Good luck and I hope you figure it all out. :)

  2. 10 reasons you are still an inspiration:
    1) everyone has their weak moments. i've fucked up the SECOND day.
    2) you are extremely motivated.
    3) you can achieve. you've gone so far...
    4) if you are a failure, then we all are. nobody i know has stuck even 95% to abc.
    5) you make us all smile with your posts.
    6) you always go on even after you give up.
    7) you know what you want and even though you slip up, WE know you'll get it.
    8) you underestimate your ability - you can do this. you always could.
    9) you do think before you eat. its the body that rejects this thought process.
    10) you are strong, stronger than i will ever be.

  3. The first list is great, second not so much. Not at all. No one's strong all the time, everyone makes mistakes and has their weak moments. I too could have written that exact list for myself but then I'd throw it away 'cause even though I sometimes don't feel like it, I know 'm mush stronger that I think. The same goes for you.
Don't ever let anyone make you believe you're (quoting) "disgusting, and always will be" because you are not. You are not what others say you are, you're not that, you're you. You're an inspiration to so many people out there, and you are so, so strong. Don't ever think otherwise.
    Please, take care =)

  4. Don't be so rude to yourself! You're still doing good and I'm sure you'll be able to get back to ABC diet, I'm sure you WILL achieve your goals, you WILL be thin, don't worry, tomorrow, it's all gonna be better!
